When a plan has been selected and the desired dates have been confirmed as available, your reservation will be made.
Application Handling & Photography Fee Payment
Please send the application form, and perform the bank transfer for the photography fee. The transfer is to a Japanese bank (Rakuten Bank). We will issue an invoice calculated in accordance to the exchange rate at the time of application, and e-mail it to you. In addition, we will e-mail you the necessary documents. A cancellation fee will take place from the time after application.
Application / Necessary Documents / Photography Fee Confirmation
We ask that you send back the application form and other necessary documents and pay the photography fee within 10 days of the issuance of the invoice. If 10 days pass and we cannot confirm receipt, your record will be cancelled.
Shooting Day Schedule
We will send you a final explanatory e-mail before your trip, explaining the time of the briefing on the day of shooting, what to bring, and more. (Explanations will be in English)
